We put immense time and effort in choosing each and every material involved in giving the best quality product to you. we use Ikat, Denim, Leather by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity
- In spite of these variables, at twach we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Customers can return their order within 8 days of the order delivery by filling up the return form and sending it along with the product to the following address:

- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to his/her .com wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable .
- To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the “My Orders” section of your Twachstore Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
Refunds will only be done in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case Twach discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
- In case Twach discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With leather products there will always be some variation between products.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
